Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet pan with foil. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon olive oil,, salt and pepper, 1 clove garlic minced. Set aside a small portion for coating chicken pieces.
Pat chicken dry with paper towels, then arrange, skin side up on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and garlic mixture.
Cut brussel sprouts in half, then place in the remaining olive oil mixture. Blend well with wooden spoon until all pieces are coated.
Arrange chicken pieces skin side up, lemon cut side down and surround with brussel sprouts.
Slide the pan into the oven and roast until completely cooked through; 20 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees. Finish by broiling for 4 minutes until golden brown.
Let rest for 5 minutes; squeeze lemons over chicken and vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
